This pharmacy sucks. On numerous occasions they had to order a medications for me because the "didn't have it in stock." I was told by a tech that they do not normally keep that particular medication in stock, but they could get it on Monday. Well that doesn't help me on a Saturday now does it? I guess I have to stay in pain for the weekend now because this location is unreliable and incompetent. Funny, one of your major competitors down the has it in stock. Guess who won't be shopping in this dump anymore? This guy!!
How can a pharmacy be out of prescription ibuprofen for 2 days?
Done getting any prescription for my whole family there. going to a mom & pop pharmacy.
RecommendedService has deteriorated lately. Not sure what’s happening. Tried to renew a prescription which was listed as in process for almost a week. When I questioned it the cashier told me that it has to go to the Specialty pharmacy and she would forward it. This should have been done days ago! It is now five days since it was forwarded and I still don’t have my medication. They say they will send it to the store over night. Yes CVS is a very busy store, especially the Pharmacy Department. But they go the extra mile to help others/including myself. We have to take into consideration that they are doing the best they can, and some minor mistakes do get made. Out of all the pharmacies I have been to the was on the top my list, they always make sure i have everything I need and they even ask questions I would forget to ask. Not a bad store. People are helpful. Pharmacy is ok, but, always check your medication before leaving.
