Horrible customer service, will be changing pharmacies, after constantly waiting and getting a message saying, my prescription is ready.They would not fill it because they were going on lunch.I could wait a 40 minutes because they're lunch was in ten minutes and they wouldn't finish my already finished order
There’s usually a wait in line, ad they seem to have a huge turnover issue, so you might never see the same person twice. I switched to a different pharmacy.
I’m so frustrated with CVS, but it’s NOT the employees’ fault. CVS under staffs the pharmacy, there are crazy short hours to get anything done, and there is always a line. Recently they lost one of my dog’s prescriptions and now my vet says cvs has to figure it out. I’m so frustrated, and it’s been a huge time consuming mess.
