I’m so frustrated with CVS, but it’s NOT the employees’ fault. CVS under staffs the pharmacy, there are crazy short hours to get anything done, and there is always a line. Recently they lost one of my dog’s prescriptions and now my vet says cvs has to figure it out. I’m so frustrated, and it’s been a huge time consuming mess.
O if I could. They USED to be great. Twice my doctor has called in a prescription. Twice they didn't have it, had to order. Twice, never received prescription even after calling to check on the status. Soooo done.
Always a line and only 1 window open! Plus you call and they don't answer and you leave a message and they never call back. Plus they never called and let me know if my script was ready even after it being a week that it was called in by my doctor.
