After at least a decade of filling my family's prescriptions here, I'm switching pharmacies. I arrived two minutes before closing last night to pick up a prescription my doctor had sent in days earlier, but it wasn't ready. Staff confirmed they had the medication on hand, and I explained how urgent it was. Though visibly annoyed, they agreed to fill it. I switched to this pharmacy a few months ago due to an insurance change and every month has been a new issue. Rude workers, no drive thru, constant run around, and you can't even talk to a real person just the automated system that you can leave a message on and hope they call back. Switching pharmacies immediately
