Staff is always helpful and friendly!
1 star only because of this visit. The Pharmacist with blonde hair has zero customer service skills. Here’s how I was greeted “LAST NAME” then continued barking questions, no smile, no friendly tone. So rude. I’ve been in customer service for 13 years have never acted this way. Please Get better staff or teach them how to interact with customers and act like an actual human being.
I placed an online order for $300. Yesterday i open a small package with another persons order inside costing $10. When i call cvs to find out where my order is the rep informs me he will send ups to pick up the $10 order when they get that they will fill my $300 order and send it. How in the world does this sense? This is the absolutle last time i will use cvs.
I’m just appalled. Does anyone in customer service listen????
