Sick at home literally with pneumonia. My regular pharmacy is out of the antibiotic. I call here. Between four phone calls, a total of 35 minutes on hold, numerous pick-ups, and placed back on hold again. I was able to drive to the Walgreens a block over, stand in line, have my prescription transferred to there, have it filled and back home again all before ever speaking to a human at this store who said anything more than “hold on,” to me.
