CVS your employees need customer service training. Doesn't matter which CVS I go to there are hostile employees. Today, the heavy set woman who came to open up the locked allergy medications was annoyed that we didn't know which allergy meds we needed for my wife who was recently stung by a bee at the Valley Bank down the street. The fact that this employee had to walk to the back of the store and we didn't know which meds we needed disturbed her. I heard her commenting to another employee that she wasn't a pharmacist. The pharmacist at CVS is always incredibly helpful and patient whenever I have concerns about any medication. She is truly great at what she does. She interacts positively and professionally with every customer, and every experience I’ve had with her has been excellent. I really appreciate her dedication and kindness.
Always friendly and somehow remember my name, though I don't go very often. The staff here is great!
