Wife was notified her prescription was ready. I went to puck it up and it was not only not ready it had not even been taken out of the delivery tote yet. Then after I had waited 45 min I was told it was going to cost something and my wife had been told that no co pay would be required. The techs and pharmacist did not seem to have anything on the ball people were walking out drive thru was backed up to the street. They are always incredibly slow and understaffed.
Today when I was leaving CVS an elderly lady fell off the curb outside of the store. My daughter ran in to get help. The store manager came right out to help. I was quite impressed with how well he treated her. He called for an ambulance and got her a cold bottle of water. He kept asking her if he could get her anything to help as she waited for the ambulance to arrive. Great customer service. You went over and beyond today!
