Waiting 35 minutes in line for my prescriptions and then having to stand and type all my information in on a computer myself to be assisted is absolutely ridiculous. And then a prescription that was sent through at 3pm still is not available at 7:30 pm, and antibiotic. This is my last straw here. I’ll be finding a new pharmacy.
Need to hire more staff. Otherwise excellent service with the overworked staff.
Pharmacist and techs are ignorant and disrespectful and shouldnt even be called professionals. Did not check my profile correctly and gave me the wrong dose. Doctor ordered one dose but ive never taken that dose. Physician and pharmacist were in the wrong and argued with me that it was my fault. Didnt try to fix it or think of any solutions. I will take my business elsewhere. I will never step foot in this cvs pharmacy again and will be complaining to their corporate office. Pharmacist and tech working need to be better educ... read more
