Need to hire more staff. Otherwise excellent service with the overworked staff.
Pharmacist and techs are ignorant and disrespectful and shouldnt even be called professionals. Did not check my profile correctly and gave me the wrong dose. Doctor ordered one dose but ive never taken that dose. Physician and pharmacist were in the wrong and argued with me that it was my fault. Didnt try to fix it or think of any solutions. Excellent customer service
Prescription information is sent by text that medication is ready for pick up. Don't believe it. You cannot call there. lt is a requirement that you leave a voice message if you do call. (They do not call you back) The Pharmacy staff are seriously lacking interpersonal communication skills. Not sure why they are there. The Pharmacy is serving the community as if they are operating out of the back of a truck
