This pharmacy people are so rude and disrespectful, they need people that work the counter with respect and the ones that don't need to stay behind the counter and fill medicine in a bottle. IM charging pharmacy
Refused to give me my medication when I first moved here, always seem to never have anything on file, I've been a customer at cvs for around 8 years now, and the only way I've been able to actually get my stuff is by name dropping because I have family who have worked at all the cvs's around here and I know the things they're saying are wrong. I have some good interactions but most aren't good and cause major headaches for no reason
Since the new touch screen system went in, I swear I wait longer. I'm currently the 10th in line, not counting the woman being helped who just stood there for several minutes after typing in her info herself. It's like the company thinks they can cut staff by putting a screen in front of us. Not impressed. They are always helpful I once I'm actually in front of someone, but the lines are almost always ridiculous.
Waiting 35 minutes in line for my prescriptions and then having to stand and type all my information in on a computer myself to be assisted is absolutely ridiculous. And then a prescription that was sent through at 3pm still is not available at 7:30 pm, and antibiotic. This is my last straw here. I’ll be finding a new pharmacy.
Need to hire more staff. Otherwise excellent service with the overworked staff.
