This place is terrible. DO NOT USE THIS CVS. They are rude, always behind. Lost my prescription. I dropped it off yesterday and they said it would be 3 hours. I go back today and after standing in line for 10 minutes with no one at the check out counter and the people in back refusing to make eye contact a lady returns I guess from break and looks for my prescription and says they can't find it. I then have to go get in another line to speak to the Pharmacist and she says it's not in their computer but they have transfer pap... read more
It's nice to have a drug store so close. I try to support Diamondhead businesses. They have a decent vitamin supplement section, some unusual products, and wonderful gift items.
They have been charging me full price for prescriptions for 7 months. They had my card on file, never filed claims for the medicine. They wouldnt give me my refund. This happened to 2 other people as well. They need to train their counter help better.
