Awful customer service. Almost a month and the prescription still isn't ready. Impossible to get a real person on the phone.
I had one of the most upsetting and unprofessional experiences I have ever encountered at the CVS pharmacy located inside Target. The pharmacist name is SOSTHENIA KERA I feel compelled to share this publicly because no patient or customer should ever be treated this way, especially in a healthcare setting where professionalism, compassion, and respect should be the standard.
