I have tried for 3 days to talk to Pharmacy and was put on hold, wait 25minutes or more each time and finally hung up can't get an a answer to my problem.
I switched my parents to this location to make it easier for me to get their prescriptions. I could drive down to their original location and be back quicker than waiting in line (inside or drive through) I just tried to call to ask about flu shot and selected speak to a pharmacist and was on hold for 20 min and no one answered. I called Rite Aid about flu shot and spoke to someone within 5 min. Service at this particular location is not good!
RecommendedVery easy to get tested for COVID-19. Employee at drive through was very helpful .
they are in the healthcare business,a little bit of care might go a long way.And it's not just the person I dealt with today it appears to be a store policy
