Very unfriendly. Horrible service.
How come everyone in this pharmacy acts like they hate their job????? No one is nice, everyone is rude. I wonder if they know that it takes more energy to be angry, miserable, and rude than it does to be kind and patient. I’ve literally had to ask if everything is ok with them. Sheesh. It’s the last time I’m going there. I’d rather drive further than be treated badly. No thanks.
CVS Pharmacy, West Belmar, Wall - Store ID: #10091: Retail Associate, Greg ~ Wow. I was cooking a meal for my family. I was missing an item that would change the dinner. He put me on a very quick hold, came back, and affirmed that CVS has the food product. He took the time to help me. Saved by Greg. That is Customer Service at its best.
