Waited over 2 hours for minute clinic because their computer failed to check us in. Did nothing to fix it waited for over 2 hours with a 5 year old and 1 year old!!!! Absolutely unacceptable!! I will be calling the corporate and something needs to be done for leaving children wait this long!!!!!!! Sooo annoyed!!

I dropped off 5 scripts yesterday around 9am to be picked up in about an hour. Only one was filled (another two had to be ordered). However, the reason for the 1 star is this. They LOST 2 of the scripts I gave to them. The one person I dealt with swore she called the dr to confirm a specific medication, but the drs office said they never received a call (but thankfully they contacted cvs to confirm for me). I always leave this place annoyed, frustrated and disappointed. It's unbelievable how they are so consistently bad at customer service. Their pharmacy is not only slow, but unfogivably irresponsible, as I have not once but twice been handed the wrong prescription! Only to have to return and request the cirrect one. And I know many others who've had the same terrible experience.

15 to 20 mins per car at the prescription drive-thru is ridiculous. Once you are in line you are stuck, there is no way out when cars are behind you. I've been the last car in line and had to back up to let cars out. Horrendous service.
