Drove 30 minutes to pick up prescription on my lunch break and was last of 3 cars and got to the window at 1:27 . Lady was very rude and Said “ we are closed until 2 “ and closed the window in my face .
Rite Aid went out of business and I moved my prescriptions to CVS. I have been so happy! Very professional and friendly.
My only annoyance is about one of the techs. He is too intense! I suffer from severe anxiety and his banging and running around makes my anxiety shoot up. He bashes on the keyboards and touch screens as if he's a cop trying to break down the door. In my last interaction with him, I went through the drive through. When he came to the window, he did not greet me by saying “hello” or how he can help me. He asked my birthday and name.
