They have the worst customer service and they are slow. I went to go get my medicine today and my medicine was not in the bag. When I called back down there the lady got rude and smart with me that was not a good idea. CVS in Bassett Va sucks along with the staff!!!!!!😠😡😤

Riverside CVS in Stanleytown and Collinsville, Va. are pitiful. Go to get medication and they don't have it. Sent to Collinsville and wait an hour and a half. No customer service at all. They act like they are doing you a favor sending you all over town with no consideration to time or money spent running all over town. Not even an "I'm Sorry for your trouble. I cannot remember which Pharmacist (at Riverside Commons, Bassett, VA) that I spoke with, but it was a young lady, kind of short. Just wanted to send our thanks for her help! My husband was diagnosed with Lyme Disease & put on doxycycline. For a week, he could not eat because the medicine was making him so sick. Our doctor suggested Mylanta mixed with children's tylenol which did nothing to help. The Pharmacist made another suggestion & this was the answer we had been looking for. Pharmacy staff are very friendly and hard working.
The store is fine. The problem with the Stanleytown store is the poor management and the rude way she treats customers and some of the employees.
