The employees made me feel uncomfortable

Pharmacist was very rude and not helpful. I tried calling in the morning but the phones were just telling me to leave a vm. I had been trying all day to get a hold of someone there so I could give them my insurance information. I finally got a hold of someone after their lunch. I gave them my express scripts information but she kept telling my that the pcn was not good. I called Express Scripts and they said there was no pcn for my plan that the pharmacy does not know what they are doing and that not all plans have a pcn. Th... read more
