Sulki went above and beyond her normal job requirements. Her thoughtfulness, knowledge and intelligence helped me to understand every question I had. You can't get a hold of anyone in the store when calling to confirm a script being ready. You cant fill a prescription without the number of your prescription which no one truly knows unless they keep all their medicine. And what happens if the pharmacy is an hour away? We have to drive to see if it's ready? Which most of the time it's not? What a joke. Go back to picking up the phones when people call.
