CVS needs to get it together. I have been out of one of my medications since Thursday. They didn't have any and wouldn't have any until today. Well guess what? They didn't get any in today either. How in the Hell can they be called a pharmacy and not have any medicine. This is not the first time this has happened either. Horrible pharmacy, have called in prescriptions only to show up and have them tell me they were out back on the shelf. They only had the order for one day. Then have to circle building for 15 mins waiting for the order to be filled. Pharmacist seems to not care. Will use other pharmacy from now on.
They are the worse! You call to get a rx filled they never tell you it’s out of stock until you call to be on hold 10 mins and they have THE NASTIEST ATTITUDES!!!! You are dealing with peoples lives you are filling MEDICATIONS. This isn’t MCDONALDS
I was in CVS store #8395 today. (2700 Hwy 42 N McDonough, Ga 30253) The sign at the AMEX gift cards indicated 1 cent. Of course that WASN'T true but the manager/cashier (Tameka) said she couldn't override the fee nor give me reason for the inconsistency. (I don't know was the reason.) I took a picture of the sign and she even came to the display to verify the advertisement. A horrible experience today at CVS.
Went into the minute clinic after work on Thursday the 23rd. I wasn't expecting great care, just good care. But the Dr that saw me was absolutely the sweetest woman. Very compassionate and provided the best care she possibly could. Will definitely go back in the future.
