I don't go in CVS very much but this one is close to home...Everytime I do I end up going across the street to Walgreens... again I went in to get cough drops...the store was a complete mess...shelves not straighten and I couldn't find the cough drops I was looking for... I have never experienced the level of disrespect, unprofessional mannerism, and lack of customer service at a pharmacy, until using the North Fry Rd location at Cypress. The pharmacy employees leave you at the counter for a good 5-10 minutes before even coming to help (not even with a smile or pleasant look on their face). I've been going there for two years now, hoping that for as quick as they go through employees, that the atmosphere and how they take care of their customers would get better. People here are not that friendly and they can never seem to get your prescription or your insurance verification right every time I go in for a refill or a new prescription there is something wrong but I am forced to use CVS because of my insurance If that were the case I would definitely go somewhere else
Couldn't give zero stars. The pharmacist FORGOT TO FILL MY DAUGHTERS PRESCRIPTION. Then blamed me. Then, found the prescription and told me to wait until the morning to pick it up AFTER I HAS ALREADY WAITED TWO HOURS. This place loses prescriptions. I HIGHLY suggest going elsewhere, especially if you can't wait 3-5 business days for a prescription to be filled.
I moved to Katy in June. Have tried now three separate time to get me prescriptions filled. Each time has been an pair of them not being ready or some similar issue. When our health plan hanged next year, I Pray we can choose someone other than CVS. I so don't want to deal with them any longer
Not happy with them! A few weeks ago two pharmacist arguing and shouting at each other right in front of customers. Finally got prescription filled and pharmacy was closed last night due to employee problems! Go figure! I wish our insurance did not change because I miss my old Pharmacy that was professional! Time to start looking for a different pharmacy!
