Extremely Disappointing Customer Service at CVS Pharmacy I had a horrible experience with the pharmacy technician/cashier at CVS. The service was unprofessional, unpleasant, and completely unacceptable. The employee showed a lack of courtesy, respect, and willingness to assist, making what should have been a simple pharmacy visit unnecessarily frustrating.
