Although the team members working at CVS are pleasant and helpful it takes a very long time for it to be your turn. It took me over 20 minutes of standing in line to reach the counter.
This had got to be one of the worst CVS pharmacies I've used. They never have anything in stock! You have to wait in a long line just to get your prescription. Opening at 9 closed 1:30-2pm and closed at 7. Yeah, don't waste your time here.
I’ve read the array of different reviews from fantastic to totally sucks. I take into account what kind of a day an individual might be having when they submitted their review. Often times a bad review is a knee jerk reaction to an already bad day. Personally, in the 9 years I’ve using this pharmacy, I have no complaints. There have been times where a particular medication was not immediately available but that has been few and far between. I’ve always been treated courteously.
First of all they allowed my prescription to be transferred out to another CVS without my permission and it was then put on hold. My doctor ordered it Feb 28th and I still don’t have it. Secondly they have been ignoring my refill orders on older RX and using the newer one instead and now my prescription is expired and because I didn’t pick up the order before it expired even though it had been ordered and filled they refused to give it to me, instead using u my newer RX instead. This is underhanded and should be illegal.
Under no circumstance should you be required to leave a message instead of speak to someone when you call, especially when it is close to closing. Horrible service model.
