Pharmacist not knowledge about insurance. Richard, pharmacist had my prescription transferred from another target and “lost” the discount on my medication. Told me it would reapply the next day but was told by a technician he “lied”.
If I could give zero stars I’d jump on it. The staff in that pharmacy is so RUDE it’s insane!!! For the 5the time today the little B checker was so rude to me. My insurance makes me use them or I’d have been gone long ago. The only one who isnt rude is the actual pharmacist female. The others are atrocious. I have second hand embarrassment for other customers when I hear how they deal with them. I’ve literally never heard such rude, mean spirited, foul behavior. They should be let go. They are horrendous!!!!!
CVS Representative Jazmin at CVS Fortuna Center Plaza always provides excellent service. She is not just knowledgeable, she is very professional as well.She is very friendly and the way she handles multiple customers at same time is amazing!
