I’ve read the array of different reviews from fantastic to totally sucks. I take into account what kind of a day an individual might be having when they submitted their review. Often times a bad review is a knee jerk reaction to an already bad day. Personally, in the 9 years I’ve using this pharmacy, I have no complaints. There have been times where a particular medication was not immediately available but that has been few and far between. I’ve always been treated courteously.
First of all they allowed my prescription to be transferred out to another CVS without my permission and it was then put on hold. My doctor ordered it Feb 28th and I still don’t have it. Secondly they have been ignoring my refill orders on older RX and using the newer one instead and now my prescription is expired and because I didn’t pick up the order before it expired even though it had been ordered and filled they refused to give it to me, instead using u my newer RX instead. This is underhanded and should be illegal.
Under no circumstance should you be required to leave a message instead of speak to someone when you call, especially when it is close to closing. Horrible service model.
This team ROCKS. I have been consistently getting my medication from this pharmacy for the past 3 years .Specifically, because they always do everything they can to help me find discounts as well as are extremely flexible, and proactive whenever there seems to be an issue with the provider. Very knowledgeable and polite. Love these women. If they make me and my wife feel truly cared for.
Came in with gauze still in my mouth from 4 wisdom teeth being extracted. Waiting for my script (which was filled pretty quickly). I grabbed a container of tylenol (which wasn’t covered by my insurance, so I grabbed it OTC) and bath salts. Go to check out and lay the other items on the counter as well, Arielle literally chuckles and says “those are target items”.
