Pharmacy is unable to receive fax prescriptions from my doctor. Though I’ve told them several times there seems to be no attempt to fix the situation. The manager at the time was very condescending. Automated systems not inclusive for all scenarios. I just needed to talk to the person at the Minute Clinic about resolving a billing issue but there is no way to actually let the clinic know I am here to resolve the issue, not be seen for a medical reason. This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the Bristow area. This is the second time I've had to go back the next day for a prescription because it wasn't pulled off the computer and filled after I've waited a good 15 minutes sick in the store already! I had hot food in the car and couldn't wait another 20 minutes for a pack of pills!

While there are two pharmacy employees that have always been friendly and helpful, the crappy ones have ruined this place for me. Twice now, this same guy has told me my rx would be ready in "15-20 minutes" and I've come back 45-60 minutes later and it hasn't even been started. And then they want me to come back in 5 min, it still isn't ready...
