This CVS Pharmacy is a horror,,,,,,UNDERSTAFFED since the people working their seem competent. Called up this past weekend to renew a prescription went to CVS a few minutes ago and they are still working on it. The woman at the counter said they are two weeks behind, WHAT????? Then she said they should have it ready by the end of the day, WHAT ????? Looks like I should go back to Walgreen's where I received much better service...
This pharmacy is the worst. They are 2 days behind on filling prescriptions. Making everyone wait almost an hour to fill your prescription when you get there. Nothing is ever on time at this location.
Their pharmacy department is a joke; they can never find my prescriptions, always claim I have no insurance and close earlier than the posted times. I was there just yesterday at 5:20 pm to pick up my son’s prescription; the pharmacy hours posted were from 9 am- 6 pm. I inquired at the front and was told since it was snowing, they didn’t anticipate much business and I can come back tomorrow. Changing pharmacies to Walgreens.
