The staff in the pharmacy are rude and some of them lie about contacting Dr office. The white male Caucasian pharmacist becomes hostile when confronted about lying! When I filed a complaint on their FB page CVS contacted me saying they would contact Dr office( after I filed the complaint)
Where to start? Ridiculous wait times even when no one else is there. And forget waiting when there is a line. Diabetic medication NEVER in stock EVERY month for meds that have been prescribed for years. Today - wait 15 min with NO line. I pay for medicine to be flavored. Oh sorry, we ran out. Wait another 5 min to get my money back. Oh sorry we also don't have anything to administer the medication either. What?!? Staff is regularly rude - especially the pharmacists who should know better. The store part is friendly. The pharmacy and the staff are extremely rude and nasty. Just throw the whole pharmacy away. Honestly don’t have your scripts filled here, take them to Walgreens or Walmart
No proper customer service, they treat you like crap. Only one lady that I like to talk to there and she is new. Not a good place to get medication. Changing as soon as I can.
Paige was discharged after having her sternum split open to remove a mass and we had to pick up her pain meds. The lady behind the couunter was less than helpful. After some discussion, we were told that we would have to wait for an hour This is a unique situation and they were totally uncaring. I learned that the pharmacist that we liked has left. This might be the reason. I moved my business. All of this is my opinion and you should make your decisions based upon your experiences.
