Excellent service today just ''made my day'' !!! Her name is Jeanne, her position not sure....but she really helped me through a financial transaction that seemed ''unable to process'' due to a system failure. She left her stocking duty to wait on me, rebooted the system, made some calls for assistance, and finally got the transaction made !!! Honestly, she could have left the process unresolved and politely asked me to return or go elsewhere. She got the job done and as I said...she was professional, polite, and persevered.... read more
