The lady I just spoke to today on the phone about if one of prescriptions were covered was VERY rude. Don’t get a attitude with me, it’s yours job to explain what prescriptions my doctor is sending in and if they are covered through insurance or not. This is why I don’t do business with CVS. Too expensive and rude!
