Wish I could give zero stars. I lost my prescription. Called mhmr yesterday. They faxed over a new script around 3:45. I called at 5 to see if it was ready they said the didn’t get the script. I called cvs this morning same thing. I called mhmr she assures me she personally faxed it. Put me on hold and called cvs. They had it they just weren’t doing there job. Tonight would have been 3 days without it. And yesterday would have been a lot easier and a bit better on the anxiety front if they had just checked their fax machine.... read more

This pharmacy has gone down hill over the past year. Unsure if it's the new manager, but you lost loyal customers who've been using your pharmacy for 10+years. Very ignorant employees you have in that pharmacy! And hope the employee at the window today has a fun time with my husbands PNC bank card she took and denied taking it. We reported it stolen! Thank you to the wonderful employees there in the past- but presently- you's aren't worth seeing and your customer service is awful!
$.79 iced tea reasonable. The app works well on my phone.
Received very poor customer service in the pharmacy dept. I was told "then go to Walmart" very snarkily. Thanks for the advice, I did go to Walmart instead! I'll avoid CVS as much as possible now.
