Absolutely horrible! Lazy associates that don't care. Pharmacist looks like she hates being there.

Zack from the Salisbury, MD store deserves a raise! Every time he comes to assist Easton's store he has all back orders filled, and the bins are loaded with customer Rx ready to go. He also knows how to get Rx to go through that are troublesome for 98% of others; leaving us unable to pick up medicine. Thank goodness he was in Easton yesterday so we could fill that one medication that nobody seems to get filled. Thank you again Zack, and CVS please give this man a HUGE raise!
One doesn't expect much from CVS stores. This one seems to stock everything but brand pharmaceuticals. And for the first time ever, the pharmacist questioned a prescription sent in by my physician, saying that the autocratic computer robot said it was too soon. She then interrogated me about why I needed the medication, thus asserting greater authority of my medical needs than my physician. Something is really amiss at this location. Perhaps a note to CVS executive complaints is necessary?
We scheduled flu shots on Sunday September 8th. Lisa refused to do them because she was short staffed. She was also rude. She also billed our insurance despite not doing the shots.
