IMPOSSIBLE to talk to someone at this location. By calling, you can, after a couple min, get directed to their voicemail. Which says you'll be called back within an hour. Well, that was yesterday. I call again, same thing. I try calling Target themselves and ask to be transferred to someone in the Pharmacy; "we are not able to do that". 30+ min spent in menus, fruitlessly trying to talk to a person. I have simple questions about my drug prescriptions which are listed as delayed.
I like going to CVS in Target. Lisa the pharmacist has always been so helpful. When I started going there in 2019 for a few years there was a great crew of the same workers there I could joke with. Then they started closing for lunch from 1:30 pm to 2 pm. Everything changed. Employees started leaving and there weren't’t enough employees to handle the crowds. Wow. This pharmacist Lisa is still employed and harassing customers. I wasn’t going to leave a review because I went straight to corporate and lodged a complaint about her. The next day the corporate office called me again and asked for more information. Unfortunately I couldn’t provide them w a last name because she (the pharmacy manager, Lisa) refused to give me her last name but after reading through multiple negative reviews all referencing” Lisa” going back over two years , it’s pretty clear “Lisa” is a problem. No paperwork after getting 2 shots even through the link to the CVS Health app however could not get the documents needed to alert my doctor's for undated vaccinations through the CVS Health app
Sky is the only reason that the pharmacy gets any stars. She is great!!
