I appreciate Dr. Disha R. Patel of CVS Silverthorne, Colorado who warmly addressed my concerns.
Waited at the counter forever with out ever being greeted or told they would be with me in a few minutes. Just kept doing their own thing in the back. Very rude. I was just trying to get some behind the counter cold medicine.
Apathy and incompetence would be an upgrade. Even when they are open, they are often not actually open. Cut morning and evening hours and no longer open on weekends. McDonald’s has less turnover. Honestly, just shut the place down. I believe the head pharmacist works her ass off. She has so little staff and they are some of the lowest paid people in Summit County. Not her fault but the place is terrible. I’m switching pharmacies.
CVS just can't seem to figure out that they have a store in a resort community. Closed on weekends??? Then Portal says script will be ready at a certain time, only to take literally hours after that and sometimes a full day to get your prescription. This is not OK when you have an urgent need for Meds. Figure it out. Hire more staff. I absolutely hate this pharmacy. Unfortunately, my insurance requires me to use CVS
Great staff, was out of state travelers. Easily filled my prescription.
