I waited while they served another customer and then stepped up, but it was 1:30 so they close the gates and refused to help me. I explained that they had heart medication that I needed, and I was traveling to a destination quite distant But there was zero sympathy. Not only did they lack human care , but they spent more time arguing why they wouldn’t give me my medication than it would’ve taken to simply hand me the prescription they already had on their shelf. New ai assistant for refilling prescriptions is awful. It’s like they went backwards 1/2 a decade w their phone technology. What was easy is now cumbersome and frustrating
The pharmacist greeted us and had our prescriptions ready for pickup.
Very rude. We ask to get them to call walart to transferr meds. The man giggled and said that they wud text us when and if they get to it. May be a couple of days. Very rude pharmacist. Old short man
