We arrived at 5:38 or so after being discharged from the hospital. The pharmacy closes at 6:00pm. I had an RX that equated to 12 pills. I was told they didn't have the time to fill it. The reason given was there were others ahead of us. Truthfully I was upset and sarcastically commented that I understood they couldn't stay late. Poor customer service in " Minute Clinic ". Online check in made no difference in wait time. Practitioner was rude. There for a quick sports physical- should be easy money for a neighborhood clinic. No reason to go there again.
I went to the Minute Clinic there yesterday. Very good experience. Not familiar with the store or pharmacy there.
Horrible most unorganized inexperienced pharmacy. I have given them over a year to get their act together due to a lot of employee turn over but nothing has changed. I am changing pharmacies.
Horrible!!!! We've only been in the area since April and the last 2 times I've brought prescriptions in, they have messed up BIG time!!! First time they completely lost my prescriptions.....and had to call and wait for the doctor to reissue the prescriptions. Today they filled part my husbands prescriptions under MY NAME! One we both take, the other was for blood pressure! I DONT HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! Then they tried to blame it on the insurance saying it was too early to fill one of mine.... NO KIDDING!!
