I have tried unsuccessfully to get my RX transferred from Publix to this CVS. I actually filled out paperwork 2 times and talked with someone in the store once. I have only been able to get 1 RX refilled out of the 6. I only had to change because of my Medicare drug plan changes for 2020. I tried again yesterday to get 3 refilled and pick up today. Went in store and nothing done....even though the store called yesterday wanting to know if I wanted 30 days or 90 days refill. I said as written 90 days. I hope that the pharmaci... read more

Curbside to go is having issues and they never delivered to my car, but I get that they are working bugs out. But for the employee to start yelling and going on about how there's bugs and its NOT her fault and how it never showed I was there as she shoved the thing in my face... That's unacceptable. I just wanted my things :( just tried it for the $10 off. Definitely won't be doing it again. Or going back to this CVS with such a rude employee. Especially since I think she was the shift manager �

So far the Curbside to go is pointless. Your order is supposed to be ready in about an hour then you receive a text that it's ready. According to my app my order should have been ready at 2:30, it's now almost 4 pm an still no text. The app shows its in progress. Seems the app is a waste of time, standing in line myself wouldn't take this long.
