I had a frustrating experience at CVS, Franz Rd Katy TX. After completing my purchase, some products were accidentally left behind. When I returned to pick them up, I was informed that they had been restocked in the inventory, despite the fact that I had already paid for them. This was very inconvenient, as I had to explain the situation and show my proof of payment to try to retrieve what was rightfully mine. Their pharmacy staff have always been excellent. My husband had to deal with different medications prescribed by different physicians. Twice in the past weeks, the pharmacist has sought us out to be sure that my husband discontinued one medication before beginning a newly prescribed medication. Had the pharmacist not alerted us, the result could have been very serious. CVS Katy Franz Rd has earned our loyalty by their caring and professionalism. Thanks!

Went to use UPS store pickup. No cashier. Staff supervisor standing 10 ft from me on my side of the register says you can just leave your box there somebody will get it. I wanted to wait for it to get scaanned so I could track it. He walked away came back with a scanner and scan the package three different times said sorry this isn't working. He said leave it here or go to CVS down the street. I asked down which street and he said I didn''t know but I could look it up and he walked away. Let's his hope supervisor skills are ... read more
