The one in Red Springs, NC is under staff. I went there today after work to pickup two prescriptions that I had prepaid for through the CVS Pharmacy App. Big mistake, I pulled up in the drive-threw with three vehicles ahead of me, after about 10 minutes and no movement forward, I got out of line and went to Foodlion in the same parking lot. I went inside, picked up what I needed and checked out before my vehicle would have gotten to the CVS drive through window. Great customer service and friendly people. The real superstars in this pharmacy are the pharmacy techs who strive to be courteous and friendly...even in the public retail sector. One particular pharmacist needs an attitude adjustment (bald male), but other than that five stars.
