For the last 3 months I have had a problem getting my migraine medicine refilled. Every month I’m on the phone with my insurance company, emgality, my doctors office, and CVS. I have to relay messages from all 4 to each other. I get a migraine from having to be on the phone for 2. -3 hours trying to do every one else job. No matter what I try to tell them no one listens. Went to pick up a prescription that was called in 36 hours before I arrived. I was informed it wasn’t ready but someone would “expedite” and have it ready in about an hour or 2. I sat and waited. Hearing them say my last name was ready, went to the register. The pharmacist ignored me. One worker took 2 phone calls after seeing me stand there. Customer care is ZERO!! AVOID AT ALL COST
This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. The Pharmacist Stacey Houske at the CVS Pharmacy in the Target in Douglasville refused to fill my mother's prescription who going through Chemo and treated her and my husband horribly. I can't believe that CVS has employees like this.
The pharmacy at this CVS provides very poor service after waiting 1 hour today they finally gave me my prescriptions after multiple requests. I could see that they had to change it before giving it to me. I had three prescriptions and they had to locate the other two which were not filled and then when they found them they told me they didn't have them and would have to order them.
