Terrible customer service. No knowledge of how the CVS app works. The Pharm Tech didn't even care that there was a problem. Seemed to busy to give a crap.
Big shout out to the young lady who helped me at the pharmacy @Pawleys Island today. I came down yesterday for the wkend. Forgot 4 meds I take daily. Within 15 minutes, she had my meds for 3 days for me. WOW - Thank you CVS.
Tried to use their mobile coupons twice, store says I don't have. Associate shows no interest in the issue. Makes it more of a customer disloyalty program. Then try to call corporate. Of course they take you through all the voice mail prompts before telling you customer service is closed. I'll try Walgreens across the street in future.
My prescriptions were filled here for years until I learned I was over paying by an average of five bucks each...and 10 minutes to give me a price on a generic drug......forced to come here today but avoid it 99% of the time
