I’m sure CVS is a great pharmacy. However, their employees are lacking with customer service skills and are not willing to help. I asked the associate that was checking me out if she would mind checking my Prescription discount card to see if it would lower the cost. She said if she did that she’d have to redo it if it was more expensive and she didn’t want to do that she suggested that Ijust call them and ask.
