You lost my business today! Sorry I can’t give a negative star. After waiting in line for 10-15 min for a vaccine that I had an appointment for, I saw a sign saying appointments were to be at the “drop off” line. So I moved to that spot. Got yelled at by the woman taking care of prescription pickups that I needed to get in line in the aisle again. Great service,professional and very friendly
I just had a 10 out of 10 experience picking up a new prescription at CVS /Target in Champlin, Minnesota. The pharmacist called me twice regarding my insurance denying coverage and suggested ways of how the price could be reduced. My experience with Walgreens has been a one out of 10.
Never have my prescription ready when it should be. Always have to come back and get in line again after work.
