Went in at 2:00 pm to transfer prescription and get it filled. The woman told me it would take a couple of hours. When 5:00 came around I called to check and was sent to messages. I received an automated text- someone would get back to me within an hour. No one did, so I called again at 8:30, and spoke with a polite gentleman who took the time to look into it- no record of the script or request or the message, even though the patient is in the system. I can’t understand a “mistake” of this magnitude.
