Kudos to the pharmacy women. Every time I need help or advice they are spot on. All the techs are friendly and welcoming even when the insurance company is hell to work with. They went out of their way today to look for alternative methods to combat a huge copay. I can’t say enough about this crew at Church St. I’ve worked as a pharmacy tech and the job is much more than counting pills and putting them in a bottle. Thank you again gurls. You rock! Terrible Customer service!! I didn't realize trying to get diabetic supplies was such a inconvenience to the staff. Go to any other pharmacy!!!!!
How does the pharmacist not know what insurance will cover? So I'm taking insulin but have no way to check my sugar because they don't know which meter my insurance will pay for??? Now have to wait til Monday, so I can ask my insurance???? Isn't that the pharmacist's job????
