Remember your employee's racist call to police alleging my husband-\-\who is African American-\-\shoplifted at your East Longmeadow, Massachusetts store one Christmas eve? I don't know if this is typical of this store, but I just hung up the phone from an incredibly rude employee. I was looking to format and print some photos and I wasn't exactly sure about how to go about doing it. I explained my situation and asked my questions to the employee. The employee didn't let me finish, talked to me as if I were stupid, and simply seemed annoyed that I called the store with questions.
