Awful customer service awful timing to get your prescriptions
It takes entirely too long to get prescriptions filled here. I went to the doctor early this morning and got two very simple prescriptions that the doctor's office called in. It is 8:30pm and they are still not filled.
I was shocked to see that the traditional register's were replaced with robots.Clerk was friendly, and assisted without request, but this is not something that I will support.Please reach out if these are removed, and I will shop here again.
Refused to run my insurance card for my prescription and I am a veteran at that! Lady at window was very rude and disrespectful. We have many prescriptions due to son with kidney cancer and they will no longer get our business. Walgreens even said the have had many customers switching over the last couple weeks!!!!
