Personnel were very courteous and competent. However, the system of automated prescriptions needs to be improved. Desperately! The automated system is difficult to use and very difficult to get a message to your personnel. Thank you to the young lady Megan I believe was her name that helped resolve this issue. However, it should’ve never happened in the first place.
