Great customer service and support
- the pharmacist are very rude and disrespectful the wait time is so long that most of the time i try to get my prescriptions mailed to me but overall the store is somewhat nice I’ve been going for years i really wish that they hired more professional people but they aren’t …. Pharmacy opens at 9, it’s 9:15 and no pharmacist assistance can’t even get in to get the pharmacy started. Completely unprofessionally and inconsiderate of customers time
Customer Service is horrible. I wish I could give the pharmacy as a whole zero stars. Suzzenzy the cashier at the pharmacy counter is very very rude. I'm assuming the two ladies that was there may be the pharmacist and an assistant but you all are not helpful either. I tried to give this pharmacy another chance but you all need customer service training. The back needs to take note from the ladies in the front who are always nice and helpful when I come into the store. I will never use this pharmacy again. I rather drive fur... read more
