They appear to always be busy as many customers rely on the CVS pharmaceutical services, but in my experience they always maintain a pleasant professional demeanor when working with customers and each other. On the rare occasion I have a concern or problem with a prescription they pleasantly take the time to research and resolve the issue. I am very happy and thankful for the wonderful Team at the CVS Pharmacy!
The CVS on Bay Ridge has the best personal service I've seen! When the people there know your name and really care about making sure you understand your meds, makes it so much better. Amazing change and I'd go nowhere else, now.
