Subject: Concern Regarding Recent Experience at CVS Pharmacy I recently visited the pharmacy to pick up my medication and had an unfortunate encounter with one of the pharmacy technicians. I am very pleased with the CVS in my neighborhood. I’ll find the attendance to be courteous, professional, and very supportive. They even offered me a Covid and a flu shot which I took advantage of. Afterwards, they gave me popcorn.
The customer services is always great. The store employees are always willing to assist me if I can’t find something or just need help.
