Being able to fill prescriptions in a timely manner is crucial. Today my daughter had dental surgery and she needed pain meds prescription filled. When I dropped off the script I was told it would be ready in 1 hr. I came back and was told give them 20 mins. I came back in 45 mins and it still wasn't ready. There were at least 4 people plus the pharmacist working. My doctor called in a prescription to this location at 4 o’clock. I arrived at the drive-in to pick it up at 5. First the clerk argued me down that my doctor had not spoken to anyone at that location. When a pharmacist spoke up and acknowledged speaking to my doctor they told me to come in and they would fill it immediately. Now I have to wait another hour because they don’t recall telling me they would fill it immediately. I’m so done with this location. They are F-I-R-E-D!!!!!

I've had issues with my prescription insurance coverage several times since moving here 4 months ago. The pharmacy staff, especially Jai (one of the pharmacy techs), has been beyond helpful! She took the time on many occasions to make the necessary phone calls to get my coverage information straightened out and I truly appreciate her efforts! The only downside to the pharmacy is that they are crazy busy and sometimes the wait times are a bit long. However, the staff is constantly working and taking care of customers.
