This is by far the worst CVS in the state of Maryland. Everyone in there acts like it’s their first day of school and don’t know what’s going on. There is no reason I should have to wait on the phone for over 40 minutes to see why two prescriptions have not been filled that was called in last week. It’s always a problem either they don’t have the medicine or it takes them more than three days to fill for the most basic medicine.
General manager Justin is is rude and disrespectful. He clearly has no sense of customer service.
The store is always a disaster. I'm switching to Walgreens or Rite Aid since a customers get kicked out of CVS while trying to buy cheese. Bye to CVS!
