After receiving horrible service from the location on 4065 Amboy Rd, Staten Island, NY 10308, I decided to try this Arthur Kill location. The difference is insane! They answered the phone on the first try and I was able to sort out an issue I was having. The pharmacist was very helpful and kind, which I’ve never experienced at the Amboy location. Will be coming here from now on.
Received a text telling me that today was the last day to pick up my prescription. I went in this evening, and I was told that it had been returned to stock this morning, and that they were now out of stock for three days. When I asked why it was returned to stock when I was told to come in today, the snot-nosed twenty-something pharmacist said that I had waited too long. We went for our vaccinations to cvs on Arthur kill road. Tanya gave us our injections, she was gentle, painless, and kind!
