They need to improve their pharmaceutical ordering procedure. I went 5 DAYS without my Levothyroxine because they had it on backorder. This is the 2nd time this has happened. Thanks to my doctor, I was able to pick up a temporary supply at Rite Aid down the street. Why do THEY always have Levothyroxine but CVS is always running out?

Very impressed with the customer service at the Chester N.Y. store. I frequently shop there and one day I left a book of purchased stamps on the counter. Two days later I went in and Suzi came up to me and gave me my book of stamps back. How many people would be that honest? I'd like to recognize her effort and let the management know that I appreciate how well run that store is!
Worse cvs ever been in. Too high priced for starters. Staff very fucked up towards me and a few ppl. Was just told today have proof of my and my friends stealing ... I don't have friends !!!?? So that's a lie. The manager has stopped me numerous amounts of tunes and checked my purse and found nothing in tired of the harassment none of my family or friends will be shopping there no more
