As everyone knows, your customer experience varies by store location. In the case of CVS, this is a critical factor. On this front I have been visiting the CVS inside the Target store in Annapolis and surprised by the overall quality of the team, which far exceeds the other CVS's in the Annapolis area. The management is doing something right in this location with our service consistent across all our visits in the past few years.
