I had a great experience at CVS Pharmacy. I dropped off my prescription and I was told it would be ready in 1 hour. They sent a text with the time frame notifying me that my Rx was ready.
Staff is unfriendly, unhelpful, and never answers their phone. Whenever I need their help I’m left on hold for ages or I’m told someone will get back to me and they never do. Every single prescription I’ve sent here has had some sort of issue with it, usually it’s that they don’t have the item in stock. Im never contacted when the medication is back in stock.
