I love this CVS
The pharmacy staff is consistently professional, friendly and knowledgeable at this State/Division location. The retail staff look angry, they don’t answer when being addressed, and have definite attitudes. I addressed an attitude with one of the female staff and she responded “ I agree to disagree with you! I’m tired, so I don’t feel friendly.” Sad they don’t understand how unprofessional that response is. There’s a new CVS pharmacist at the store on 1201 n state street Chicago and she is god awful. Makes everything so difficult. Does not fill prescriptions, makes horrible wait times, makes access to care extremely difficult, especially for marginalized populations. Does not like her job, is always a grump, disrespectful and mean. This pharmacy used to be so good!
